IT & Deployments

Sr. Network Engineer / Deployment Manager

As a key member of the Vialto team, the successful candidate for this position will help in pre-sales as well as internal and customer deployments. In pre-sales situations, you will be responsible for customer requirements with Vialto enterprise products and how they will integrate in to a customer's network. You will be an integral part of the deployment team to strategically penetrate targeted accounts.

Qualifications require strong hands-on technical and exceptional communication and analytical skills. Require 8+ years experience in a support role with Information Technology, specifically Microsoft Windows NT, Exchange, and web hosting technologies. Familiarity with enterprise software deployments targeted at F1000 class customers and telephony is a big plus.

Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 plus years related experience or Master's degree and a minimum of 6 plus years experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-sales & External Deployment

Assist Sales in customer pre-sales situations

Interface with potential customers' technical decision makers and IT departments, remove objections and build confidence in the Vialto solution.

Provide technical expertise and knowledge to support Sales in closing E2Go revenue (including presentations and write-ups)

Set up, configure and put into operation enterprise solution, including App Server, MS Exchange, IIS, and Windows 2000 etc. at customer sites.

Develop collateral and provide user training sessions

Solicit and consolidate feedback from users and provide to Engineering

Support Vialto (hosted) infrastructure

Maintain/manage all documents pertaining to field deployments

Internal Deployments & Field Acceptance Testing

Voice script based testing of all software builds

Assist with build and installation scripts

Maintain/manage all access points for T-1 lines

Maintain/manage all Reporting scripts

Set up, configure and put into operation E2Go, including App Server, Exchange, IIS, and Windows 2000 etc. for engineering and field demo servers.

Maintain/manage all documents pertaining to internal deployments

Senior Software Engineers - Core Development

Culture! As key members of the development team, you will not only design and develop Vialto's multimodal data access software and V2UI, but also be part of building a great engineering culture of good products, innovative thinking, and serious fun. 

You must have hands-on working experience in writing and debugging web-based, data intensive software. Must be very familiar with the whole software development process: source control, design, coding, documentation, and testing. You must have experience in C++/Java, VBScript/JavaScript,  and XML.  Having prior experience or knowledge of the Windows NT/2000 development environment,  CDO (Collaborative Data Objects) and ADO (ActiveX Data Object),  and Active Server Pages (.asp) programming mode is a definite plus. Working knowledge of Site Server is a big plus, as is exposure to Oracle, Speech Recognition and Telephony applications.

Typically a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical degrees/equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 plus years related experience (or Master's/Ph.D degree and 1 to 3+  years experience). Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Strategic Marketing

Sr. Product Manager, Applications

As a key member of the Vialto team, the successful candidate for this position will help define and manage the company's application product and service offerings. You will be responsible for market research, customer research, competitive analysis, market segmentation analysis, pricing analysis, and most importantly strategic planning.

Qualifications require strong technical and exceptional communication and analytical skills. Require 5+ years experience in defining, driving development and shipping enterprise software products or services. Must have experience in Information Technology, specifically Microsoft Windows NT, Exchange, and web hosting technologies. Familiarity with service offerings targeted at the high end of the mid-market is highly desired. Familiarity with the Applications Service Provider (ASP) market and telephony is a big plus.

Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 plus years related experience or Master's degree and a minimum of 3-4 plus years experience.

Sales Account Managers

As Vialto Sales Account Manager, your 5+ years of direct software sales experience will enable you to generate, develop, close sales opportunities and negotiate contracts for our lea

These position require a hands-on, self-motivated sales professional with Enterprise IT Solutions Selling and/or Telecom experience; experience articulating a value proposition and benefits for a new technology; developing and implementing account plans; and excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Typically BS/BA or equivalent experience with 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software products; SI Solutions or Telecom Services sales experience. Familiarity with IVR products and with CTI is a big plus as is selling messaging solutions or products based on Microsoft BackOffice. Consistently strong earnings record; innovative self-starter; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Start-up experience a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage major enterprise accounts including the entire sales process from prospecting, identifying and qualifying opportunities, and moving them through the process to contract negotiation, signing and post sales support
Develop account plans and manage account forecast
Develop and deliver presentations
Develop solution proposal encompassing all aspects of the applications including software, technology, support and implementation
Proactively market applications and platform solutions to prospective customers
Direct a virtual team during the sales cycle
Provide input to product management, marketing and engineering organizations on customer needs and issues

Key Requirements:

Proven success in penetrating new markets and developing new business
Prior responsibility for a multiple million dollar annual quota
Self motivated, confident, results-oriented personality
Technically adept; knowledge of the computer industry and technology
Ability to work a team to solve technical and functional problems with accounts in complex selling environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills
Proven record of overachievement of sales quota
Strong closing capabilities
