Engineer / Deployment Manager
As
a key member of the Vialto team, the successful candidate for
this position will help in pre-sales as well as internal and customer
deployments. In pre-sales situations, you will be responsible
for customer requirements with Vialto enterprise products and
how they will integrate in to a customer's network. You will be
an integral part of the deployment team to strategically penetrate
targeted accounts.
Qualifications require strong hands-on technical and exceptional
communication and analytical skills. Require 8+ years experience
in a support role with Information Technology, specifically Microsoft
Windows NT, Exchange, and web hosting technologies. Familiarity
with enterprise software deployments targeted at F1000 class customers
and telephony is a big plus.
Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and
a minimum of 8 plus years related experience or Master's degree
and a minimum of 6 plus years experience.

Senior Software Engineers
- Core Development
Culture! As key members of
the development team, you will not only design and develop Vialto's
multimodal data access software and V2UI, but also be part of
building a great engineering culture of good products, innovative
thinking, and serious fun.
You must have hands-on working
experience in writing and debugging web-based, data intensive
software. Must be very familiar with the whole software development
process: source control, design, coding, documentation, and testing.
You must have experience in C++/Java, VBScript/JavaScript,
and XML. Having prior experience or knowledge of the Windows
NT/2000 development environment, CDO (Collaborative Data
Objects) and ADO (ActiveX Data Object), and Active Server
Pages (.asp) programming mode is a definite plus. Working knowledge
of Site Server is a big plus, as is exposure to Oracle, Speech
Recognition and Telephony applications.
Typically a Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science or other technical degrees/equivalent experience
and a minimum of 5 plus years related experience (or Master's/Ph.D
degree and 1 to 3+ years experience). Must have excellent

Strategic Marketing

As
a key member of the Vialto team, the successful candidate for
this position will help define and manage the company's application
product and service offerings. You will be responsible for market
research, customer research, competitive analysis, market segmentation
analysis, pricing analysis, and most importantly strategic planning.
Qualifications require strong technical and exceptional communication
and analytical skills. Require 5+ years experience in defining,
driving development and shipping enterprise software products
or services. Must have experience in Information Technology, specifically
Microsoft Windows NT, Exchange, and web hosting technologies.
Familiarity with service offerings targeted at the high end of
the mid-market is highly desired. Familiarity with the Applications
Service Provider (ASP) market and telephony is a big plus.
